NTUC suppose to close at 10pm. But there is this customer who came at 10+ and said i want to go withraw money from the POSB. Cause inside the NTUC have a POSB bank. I am the one who guard the door not to letting people to go in. That customer insisted to go in and he cannot tahan until he asked me to find my manager. I asked, if i go find my manager, who can take over my place to guard the door? That customers have nothing to say. After awhile, he said the same thing again and i repeat the same thing again, just nice my manager came and let him go in. My manager said, don't argue with customers. After he came out, he stare at me i stare at him and he said, bu yao guai lan. Then i just stared at him, he turn and say 'kua lan jiao' and point middle finger at me, but i keep staring at him until he walked away. I wanted to say 'see u no lan jiao' but my manager beside me. Feel like bashing him up. But never mind, i guai lan him in the first place until he got nothing to say. That my first experience of guai lan outsiders. :D♦XY
